Shipping Information

WHEN WILL WE SHIP OUT YOUR ORDERS? 
 

For Live Plants:
We will ship out your order (orders) with care on the coming Monday or Tuesday via USPS PRIORITY or UPS of your choice. It should take 1-4 business days to arrive your home if there is no delay from the post office or UPS. 

For Other Items (Not Plants): 
We will ship out your order (orders) with care within 7 business days via USPS/UPS ground shipping or any update of your choice. 

We take extra steps and expensive shipping material to make sure our plants have a secure journey, but we cannot guarantee all plants can arrive safely because there are uncontrollable factors like USPS and the weather. It is normal that a leaf might break, bend or have browning during shipping. Please give them the good environment following the Care Instructions below, they will thrive and adapt your environment slowly.

All plant sales are final. However, any issues must be brought to my attention within 10 hours of the plant‘s delivery. The plants are always packed safely and with insulation. Nevertheless, We are not liable for any UPS or USPS-responsible or damage in shipping and will not provide refunds for same. Refunds or replacement will only be offered for our mistake once reviewed. By Purchasing, you acknowledge and accept our statement above and also understand the risks with buying a live plant.
