What’s your return policy?  (Plant vs Non-Plant Items)

All sales on PLANTS are FINAL due to their nature.
SPECIAL CASES: If your item is damaged upon arrival due to shipping damages, please make sure to reach out to us within 10 HOURS (when the item is delivered) to be eligible for any claims. After the 10-hours interval, the request would not be validated or accepted.

We take extra steps and expensive shipping material to make sure our plants have a secure journey, but we cannot guarantee all plants can arrive safely because there are uncontrollable factors like USPS and the weather. It is normal that a leaf might break, bend or have browning during shipping. Please give them the good environment following the Care Instructions below, they will thrive and adapt your environment slowly. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. 

What if I received a damage/wrong item? 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to reach out to us within 10 HOURS (when the item is delivered) to be eligible for any claims. After the 10-hours interval, the request would not be validated or accepted.
